• DEVELOPED policy and provided management assistance to security directors who managed 2,438 security personnel at 42 USAF Space Command locations worldwide and Headquarters North American Air Defense Command (NORAD).
  
  
• DIRECTED an in-depth terrorism vulnerability survey on critical facilities, including a critical power production complex vital to National Security. The survey and report were viewed as a model for other military bases to emulate.
  
  
• TESTED security and antiterrorism capabilities at European NATO military installations by leading an intruder force against critical infrastructure during NATO inspection team evaluations of bases.
