the acquisition of a state-of-the-art, proprietary
central monitoring station and infrastructure capable of
managing an existing network of 74 remote electronic
security systems, that perform CCTV, intrusion detection, and access
control functions for facilities. Purchased a software-based system
that was far more capable than competitor systems and about 35% of
the cost.

EVALUATED
contractor and government security forces on employment of the world's
most advanced security equipment costing $100+Million and
methods used in protecting space program assets at
Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL, and Vandenberg Air Force Base,
CA. Compiled and edited extensive final report that discussed capabilities,
weakness and improvement strategies.

DEVELOPED
policy and provided management assistance to security directors who
managed 2,438 security personnel at 42 USAF Space Command locations
worldwide and Headquarters North American Air Defense Command (NORAD).

DIRECTED
an in-depth terrorism vulnerability survey on critical
facilities, including a critical power production complex
vital to National Security. The survey and report were viewed
as a model for other military bases to emulate.

TESTED
security and antiterrorism capabilities at European
NATO military installations by leading an intruder force against
critical infrastructure during NATO inspection team evaluations
of bases.
